Incentive. Shanghai/Xi'An/Lijiang/Beijing - April 2006
Objective
During the inauguration of the first BIC factory in China (Shanghai), directors and shareholders (mainly family members) were invited to a private trip in China. CEO, Bruno Bich, also asked us to help him in providing additional services in Japan.
Missions
Create a 10 days trip (Shanghai, Xian, Lijiang and Beijing) , including all the VIP services.
Solutions
We booked 10 limos, and the best hotels in China. We also booked the Yu Garden in Shanghai for an inauguration ceremony and we provided original and authentic activities such as Tai Shi and chinese cooking lessons, calligraphy, French picnic at the Great Wall.
