The buyer acknowledges having been informed and having accepted the fact that the company ASIAVEO, brand of Passeport Chine group SAS, is the one doing this sale in accordance with all legal requirements stipulated by Law No. 92-645 of 13 July 1992 and its implementing Decree No. 94-490 of 15 June 1994, as written in the Code of Tourism ..
Therefore, any sale made on this website is subject to the general and special conditions of sale of Passport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand), which are given below.

1 - ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS AND ORDER

1.1 These Conditions of Sale apply to all sale transactions concluded by Passport China (ASIA Brand VEO) with non-professional in travel.
Depending on the type of product sold, specific conditions are applied.

1.2 Any Passeport Chine costumer (ASIA VEO Brand) recognizes the ability of contracting the conditions described in the conditions of sale presented below, which means that they have to have the legal majority and not be under guardianship or curatorship.
These conditions are integral parts of the contract of sale.
Their text can also be obtained upon request at the company's headquarters.

1.3 Any Passeport Chine customer (ASIA VEO Brand) must acknowledge the present conditions of sale and all the terms of the proposal before purchasing. Therefore, purchasing causes your full adherence to the general and special conditions of sale of Passport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand). A derogation benefiting the customer will not provide any innovation to these present conditions. The total or partial invalidity of any clause of the Special Conditions does not invalidate other disposals.

1.4 A reservation request will only be effective upon receipt by Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) of
-- The order completed by the customer,
-- the means of payment,
-- And a credit card number for any French reservation request made less than 8 days before departure if the customer has chosen a method of payment other than credit card.
These conditions are cumulative.
Receipt of means of payment are :
-- For purchases made by credit card, reveal the customer’s credit card number,
-- For purchases made by check, receipt of the check by Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand)
-- For purchases made by bank transfer, receipt of proof of payment by Passport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand).
1.5 A reservation is final only after confirmation by Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) of the availability of the trip. If Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) does not confirm within 48 hours (excluding weekends), the customer has the option to cancel its reservation request, free of cost.


2 - PRICE / PAYMENT


2.1 All prices are displayed in Euros. They must be checked when registering. The VAT is always included.
In accordance to the VAT regime on the margin of travel agents, our bills do not mention the VAT collected on sold services.
2.2. Booking fees are for any request less than 500 Euros. These fees cost up to 30 euros per person and are owed in addition to booking fees previously stated.
The Last Minute fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of their motive.
These costs are taken into account when calculating the cancellation fees.
2.2 Any effective reservation request will be charged a fixed amount of 14 euros per person (Booking Fees) except for implementation of the disposals of article 1.5.
The Last Minute Charges have to be paid for any effective registration made less than 7 days before departure, from such registration. These fees cost 30 euros per person and are due in addition to the booking fees previously stated.
The Last Minute fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of their motive.
These costs are taken into account when calculating the cancellation fees.

2.3 The travel package price varies according to the traveling period, and according to the number of customers or according to the airline. Our prices are contractual rates. Contestation of the price of the travel package can not be taken into account once the reservation request is effective.

2.4 More than 30 days before departure, the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
For all registration within 30 days of departure, the full amount of the travel package is required.

The balance is payable no later than 30 days before departure, after a reminder of Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) under the conditions applicable to the deposit.
The following are not considered as a discharge of the debt: handing in a credit card number as long as the agreement of the center has not been given, or handing in of a check if it has not been debited, except if it is a bank check, or handing in a bank transfer before confirmation of our bank.

2.5 When the final reservation is to be done 7 days or less before departure, the bill must be cashed in the day (5 pm at the latest).
When a credit card number was asked as a warrantee to the customer, this credit card will be the means of payment of the due amount if the payment method chosen does not allow a receipt within the deadlines set.
In any case, if payment has not been carried out before the due date, Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) will consider that the customer cancelled the purchase. Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) would actually be entitled the right to terminate the contract according to cancellation policies applicable of Article 3.1.
Only the services mentioned explicitly in the description of the trip are part of the package. Are not included in the package (unless stated in the description of the trip):
-- Any service prior to the registration during departure or posterior to the return to the airport
-- Personal spending (tips, telephone calls, various deposits etc)
--Vaccination fees, visa
--insurances

-- Optional outings, but in general any activity that has not been included in the description of the package.
-- Excess baggage
-- Beverages during meals (including bottled water when the provider has no running water potable)
-- Airport taxes and any government taxes. The amount of these taxes is likely either to raise or slump, without notice by the authorities concerned. The amount of these taxes may be amended by Passeport Chine (ASIA Brand VEO) less than 30 days before departure


2.6 Furthermore, in addition to airport and/or local taxes directly received when purchasing, local taxes can be additionally imposed by local authorities of some countries and are payable on the premises in local currency or U.S. dollars. The amount of these taxes, if existent, is indicated in the description of the product.
Specific Rates:
Rates covered by special rules, such as supplements for individual rooms and children discounts, are for illustrative purposes. If an amendment should affect the amount of those rates, the customer will be informed before confirmation of his order.

2.7 In accordance with Article L. 211-13 of the Tourism Code, we reserve the right to raise or to reduce our prices in order take into account the significant variations between the day of registration and that of departure:
a) The cost of transport, specifically related to the cost of fuel
b) Fees and taxes for services offered, such as landing fees, boarding, disembarking at ports and airports
c) The exchange rate applied to the travel or the considered stay.
The revision would be undertaken only in passing the extra costs that  Passeport Chine(ASIA VEO Brand) would have to bear. A revision of prices can not be undertaken less than 30 days before departure.
Pursuant this article of the decree, changes in the cost of transport will be reflected in proportion to their share in calculating the amount of the price of the booked travel package.
In case of a significant increase in the price estimated by Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) of more than 10% of the total price of the trip, the customer may cancel his order with no charges, providing Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) as soon as possible with a cancellation letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Otherwise, cancellation fees, as stated in Article 3.1, will be charged to the customer.

2.8 Payment
Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) accepts payment by:
-- Credit cards (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard).
-- Bank and postal cheques, only in Euros for customers residing in the European community. The banking fees of labeled checks from outside the Metropolitan France remain the responsibility of the customer. The cheque should be payable to Passeport China (ASIA VEO Brand)
- Transfers: The bank fees remain then charged to the customer.
-- The payments in cash are only accepted for payments made on the premises in the agency for a maximum amount of 3000 Euros.
-- For the actual booking requests made within 7 days of departure are accepted as payment by credit card and Transfer. Other methods of payment are accepted only if made in agency (Cheque, Money)

For departure on the same day as the reservation request, only credit cards provided online are accepted.

3 - CANCELLATION / AMENDING THE INITIATIVE FOR CLIENT

3.1 Cancellation

3.1.1 The cancellation fees are due when the reservation is finalized within the terms of Article 1.5. All cancellations must be written and sent to the company Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) (letter with acknowledgement of receipt, fax or email). The date of the stamp of the Post Office or the date of receipt of the fax or mail will be the date chosen for the cancellation. It will lead to the following charges, at the least (subject to specific conditions in the descriptive of the chosen product):

3.1.2-Travel packages identified as "SPECIAL OPERATIONS ONLY FOR GROUND ALLOWANCES"
Any request for cancellation of a travel package by the Customer sold under "special operation", whenever it will occur, will be charged up to 100% of the price of travel without insurance.

3.1.3 .- Travel packages including transportation by scheduled flight from the city of departure and the travel destination or a pre-transfer from another city to Paris
Any request for cancellation by the Customer for a travel package  sold in this framework will lead to the perception of the following charges:

"More than 30 days before departure 50% of the price of travel insurance outside
"Between 30 and 21 days of departure 70% of the price of travel insurance outside
"Between 20 and 15 days of departure 80% of the price of travel insurance outside
"A 14 days or less of departure 100% of the price of travel insurance outside


Additional information
Are considered as cancellations, leading to written requests:
-- A change in departure city
-- A change of destination
-- An amendment of hotel
-- A change of date of departure
In case of cancellation of travel insurance are never refundable. Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) informs the customer of the existence of insurance contracts covering the consequences of the cancellation.


3.1.4 Any journey interrupted, abbreviated or not undertaken by the customer will not give right to any refunds, especially airline seats both ways. If the client has signed an optional insurance covering a discontinuation of the trip, it must comply with the terms of cancellation in the general and specific conditions of the insurance policy.
Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) is committed to the customer only when it comes to already purchased packages.
The responsibility of Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) is not at engaged for:
-- Any benefits underwritten by the client outside the residence charged by Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand)
-- Any modification of the trip at the initiative of the client.

3.1.5 In the event of absence at the check-in the day of departure of scheduled flight, Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) will keep other benefits only if the customer makes a written request to Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) within 24 hours after the originally scheduled departure. It is possible that the airline cancels the ticket. In this case, the customer will have the opportunity to buy at his own cost the return flight tickets, subject to availability. Passeport China (ASIA VEO Brand) will then do its best to secure other benefits. The costs of buying a new air ticket shall be borne by the customer. No refund will be made as a result of services not consumed because of the absence customer at the originally scheduled departure (nights of hotels, meals.). If a delay of the costumer would lead to additional costs for Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand), such as organizing a new transfer, these costs will be borne by the customer.

3.1.6 Disrespect from the customer of the delay of payment will be considered by Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) as a cancellation due to the client, without compliance with the formal requirements specified in Article 3.1.1. In this case, Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) will prepare a matching bill of the costs.

3.1.7 If the cancellation of a person listed on the order form, has as consequence the booking of a room, instead of a double room, the supplement must be paid before departure.


3.2 Modification

Any changes decided by the customer on the travel package before his departure (other than those listed in Article 3.1.1 above) will lead to the perception of the following charges:

"Between 20 and 8 days before departure 80 Euros per person
" 7 days or less before leaving 160 Euros per person

These costs will add to eventual costs,  requested by the provider and which the customer will be informed of before implementing the change.

Exception: Any request of adjustments of the name of participants due to a spelling mistake or changes in civility will only lead to eventual costs requested by the provider. Notice that in the case of scheduled flights, these costs may rise up to the amount of the ticket redemption of the return flight.



3.3 Cession

In accordance with Article L. 211-13 of the Tourism Code, the customer may give up his contract (excluding insurance contracts) to a third person, upon condition that they notify the company Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) in writing no later than 7 days before the beginning of the trip (15 days for a cruise), detailing the names and addresses of the transferees and the other participants to travel and justifying that they meet the same conditions as him to make the journey or stay ( especially for children who are within the same age group).

Before the transferor or the transferee will be required to pay a fee of a minimum amount of:
"More than 30 days before departure: 25 Euros,
"Between 30 and 21 days of departure: 50 Euros,
"Between 20 and 8 days of departure: 80 Euros,
"7 days of departure: 160 Euros.

The assignor and transferee are jointly and severally liable for payment of any balance of price and additional costs incurred by the assignment.
In any case, if the costs were higher than the amounts above (flight reservation can not be changed or otherwise), it is to be due to Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) the exact amount that will be billed to customers upon presentation of evidence.
The complementary insurance is not refundable or transferable.

4 - CANCELLATION / ADJUSTMENTS COMING FROM THE AGENCE

4.1 Cancellation

4.1.1 In accordance with Article R. 211-12 of the Tourism Code, if  Passeport Chine(ASIA VEO Brand) was forced to cancel the trip (excluding cases of force majeure), the client would be notified by letter with acknowledgement of receipt. All payments would be immediately rendered. The customer would be entitled to an equal compensation to the penalty he would have supported if the cancellation his responsibility, without prejudging the action for damages possibly suffered.
4.1.2 If the cancellation is imposed by circumstances of force majeure or responsible for the safety of passengers, the customer may not claim any compensation. The descriptions can include a minimum number of passengers below which the provider reserves the right not to deliver. In this case, Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) will warn the Client by all means, no later than 21 days before departure. The customer is immediately reimbursed for all payments. The Client is not entitled to damages. In some cases the trip can be maintained despite the lack of participants but an extra cost will be asked to the customer.


4.2 Modification

4.2.1 In view of possible uncertainties in trips, especially abroad, participants are warned that what is described is the rule, but that they can record and experience exceptions.
If essential elements must be changed before departure, the customer is notified by a letter with acknowledgment of receipt which will provide the customer:
-- The possibility of canceling his trip without charges
-- Or the opportunity to purchase a new offer proposed by Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand).
The customer must provide his response within 72 hours of receiving the letter informing them of the change in the case where the departure date is more than 30 days ahead, within 48 hours if the departure date is included between 30 and 15 days and 24 hours if the departure is less than 15 days.

4.2.2 In accordance with Article R. 211-13 of the Tourism Code, if, during the trip, one of the providers of Passeport Chine(ASIA VEO Brand) could not provide a dominant share of services stated in the contract representing a significant share, Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) must either propose replacing benefits without extra cost or, if Passport China (ASIA Brand VEO) can not propose a replacement or benefits if those benefits are denied by the customer for cause, provide the client securities transport for the delivery to the place of departure or another place accepted by both parties.

4.2.3 In the event of absence of payment within the contractual deadlines set out in Article 2, Passeport Chine (ASIA VEO Brand) will be forced to cancel the trip. This cancellation will be carried out under the conditions laid down in article 3.1

5 - TRANSPORT

5.1 General
Air transport is subject to operational requirements and safety that may cause delays beyond the control of Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) We advise you to provide sufficient time for your connections and to avoid any commitment on the same day and the day after your round-trip flights.

5.2 Modifications hours / Carrier's liability
For the enforcement of travel, Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) uses different carriers who keep their own liability towards passengers. The carrier's liability is limited by the terms and conditions specified in the contract of carriage on the passengers’ ticket, including the outcomes of the Montreal Convention of 28 May 1999.
The responsibility of Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) in damages and accidents that can happen to travelers, their animals and their checked baggage, during the flight or during boarding operations, landing or during the period during which the carrier had custody of checked baggage, could not be higher than the airline. Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) drew the attention of passengers that every plane travel requires a valid passport. Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) deline any liability for VISA refusal with consular authorities of each destination.

5.3 Return
It must be confirmed on the spot by the customer within 72 hours prior to departure from the airline. For travel packages, this formality is generally met by the local correspondent. However, it may be asked to the customer to remind it later.

5.4 Lost or stolen tickets
If the client is a victim of loss or theft of his ticket not because of Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO), he must make a specific statement to the police and the airline and ensure at his own expense his return by buying another ticket from the issuing company. All consequences arising from loss or theft of a ticket is at its own expense. However a refund, remaining at the discretion of the company, may be required, together with all originals (strains bought tickets, boarding passes ...). In addition, Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) will make its utmost to reissue tickets whenever possible depending on destinations and airlines. If the reissue is possible, the costs will be at the customer’s expenses.
The conditions of chartering aircraft charters require them to remind that any abandoned charter place on the outward or return, may not be recoverable, even in the case of a postponement of date. Abandoning a place on a special flight to borrow a scheduled flight, leads to the full settlement price of passage to the official rate. Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) can not be held responsible for that decision.

5.5 Pregnant women
Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO)inform the client that companies sometimes refuse boarding to a pregnant woman when they believe that because of the term of pregnancy, the risk of premature birth during transport is possible.

5.6 Children
Children under 2 years do not have a seat on the plane. Children under 18 and unaccompanied are denied.

5.7 Bagages
The baggage is normally transported for free with a maximum of 20 kg per person occupying a seat, which excludes children under 2 years.
This franchise has been reduced on some companies and it is recommended not to exceed 15 Kg.
The surpluses are taxed according to the rates applicable to individual passengers, at the passenger’s expense.
All checked baggage lost or damaged must be stated from the passenger to the airline company and possibly to the insurance if a baggage insurance was purchased.

6 - ACCOMODATION

6.1 Conditions of the offer
It is a rule in international hotels to take possession of the room from 14 p.m and release it before 12 a.m, whatever the flight back schedule. Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) will not waive this rule under no circumstances. Any room taken before 14 p.m or released after 12 a.m is considered as a night consumed. Prices are calculated on a number of nights rather than days. The first and last day are devoted to transportation.

6.2 Hotel ranking
The number of stars awarded to the hotel in the explanatory leaflet, is a ranking determined by reference to local standards of the host country and who can therefore differ from French and European standards. Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) strives to inform you as precisely as possible on the conditions of your accommodation. The assessments that we carry on our descriptive arise partly from our knowledge of the hotel complex and assessments which we are addressed by our customers.

6.3 Modification of hotels, tours, hotels eviction
In the following cases - cases of major force, security reasons, fact of a third party - Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) or a supplier of Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) may be obliged to change hotels without specifically influencing an essential element of the trip. Wherever possible, the customer will be notified beforehand and suppliers of Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) will provide a service in the same category as initially proposed. Similarly, in some countries, the tours can be changed direction, but all visits and planned steps will be respected. Celebrations both civil and religious, strikes and demonstrations in the countries visited are likely to lead to changes in visits or outings and the organizer can not be held responsible.

6.4 Types of rooms
The individual rooms or cabins include a bed for one person. Planned in a limited number, they are often subject to a supplement. The double rooms are scheduled, with two beds or, very rarely, with a double bed. The triple and quadruple rooms are often equipped with double beds.

6.5 The suggested activities during the stay

6.5.1 Some activities may pose risks, particularly for young children.

6.5.2 It may happen that certain activities listed in the data be deleted by our local provider. The responsibility of Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) shall not be incurred if these activities are removed in cases of major force, unpredictable and irresistible facts of a third of a third party or because of the customer.

6.6 Babies
Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) invites parents of babies to take with them food appropriate to their child that they will not always find on the spot. A supplement on the spot may be requested, for example to heat food or bottles. This participation will then be shown in the product data sheets.

6.7 Photos and illustrations
Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) strives to illustrate its proposals with photos or illustrations to give a realistic overview of services offered. It is however clear that the photos and illustrations contained in the data are merely illustrative of services. They do engage Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) insofar as they can indicate the class or degree of standing on these services.




7 - FORMALITIES

7.1 The French nationals will have to be in possession of identity documents (passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of return) and visas specified in the description of each trip and should be updated to the level of vaccinations required. Foreign nationals must comply with different regulations.

7.2 The children must be in possession of passport under their name. Registrations of minors on the passports of parents, including "old model" passports, said to be “Delphine passports”, are now impossible. Minors must hold their own passport.
For minors accompanied by one parent: in addition to the regular formalities, the accompanying parent will bring the family book and an authorization to leave the territory by the parent who does not traveling. The same goes for minors accompanied by one third.

7.3 Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) may in no circumstances be liable for penalties and / or fines imposed on participants possibly resulting from the breach of health regulations, administrative and customary and / or customs in France or in the country destination and the consequences that may result, nor be held liable or reimburse tickets when the customer can not board because they can not present identification documents and / or health documents needed to carry out his trip or present obsolete documents.

8 - DELIVERY

Tickets and travel diaries can be removed in some cases to our agency, 20, rue Saint Saens in Paris (75015). They may also be sent by mail or by private carriers. In case they involve additional costs, it will be communicated at the time of the booking and will be at the customer’s expense. Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) will not be held liable in the event of a failure to deliver due to major force.
The customer will be informed of the various delivery options at the time of confirmation of his booking.


9 - MAJOR FORCE

It means any major force event independent from the parties which are at once unpredictable and irresistible that prevents either the customer or travelers, the agency or service involved in the journey, to perform all or part of their obligations stated under the contract.
It will be particularly true in respect of a transport strike, hotel staff strike, sky pointsmen’s strike, insurrection, riot and prohibition enacted by any governmental or public authorities, weather, geography, health, political events of the country's host.

10 - CLAIMS

For rapid processing of your file, any complaint must be sent to Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) by registered letter within 30 days after the trip return covered by the claim. We recommend for any problem related to a failure or improper performance of the services to report as soon as possible to local receptive. These hereby conditions are subject to the French law.

11 - CIVIL LIABILITY

Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) subscribed on the principal purpose to the Presence Gan Euro brokerage (contract No. 1 86 166 989) : 4-6 Avenue d'Alsace 92033 La Defense Cedex, a contract covering the consequences of its professional liability covering in particular the injuries, tangible and intangible altogether up to 1 600 000 euros per year.
The concept of civil liability (accident, fire, theft, etc…) vary according to the legislation of the countries concerned, it is advisable for travelers to ensure individually with a complementary insurance to those which may be purchased through us.

12 - IT AND LIBERTY

Under the so-called IT and Liberty Act 78-17, customers are advised that their booking is being processed by computerized shares. The right to access and correct guaranteed by law exercised with Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) in its headquarters.
Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) informs you that the conversation with sales agents can be listened to or recorded with a system reported to the “Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté”, and with the sole aim of providing a quality service. The duration of retention of records may not exceed one month.

II - CONDITIONS OF SALE

Extract of Decree No. 94-490 of 15 June 1994 included the Code of Tourism and under Law No. 92-645 of 13/07/1992 establishing the conditions for conducting activities relating to the organization and the sale of travel or stays.

Decree No. 94-490 of 15 June 1994 taken into applications of the law No. 92-645 of 13 July 1992. These conditions apply only to the sale of travel packages (flights + benefits land reserved with Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO) and sub brands Passeport Chine (Brand ASIA VEO).

Art R.211-5 - Subject to the exclusions under the second paragraph (a and b) of Article 14 of the Act of July 13, 1992 above, any offer and sale of any travel or tours are subject to the delivery of appropriate documents that meet the rules set by this title.
In case of sale of air tickets or tickets on-line regular unaccompanied benefits associated with these shipments, the seller will give the buyer one or more tickets passage for the entire journey issued by the carrier or under his responsibility.
In the case of transport on-demand, the name and address of the carrier, for which tickets are issued, must be mentioned.
The separate billing of various elements of the same package tourism does not subtract the seller to the obligations made to him by this title.

Art R.211-6 - Prior to the conclusion of the contract and on the basis of a written, bearing his name, address and an indication of its administrative authorization for the exercise, the seller must provide the consumer information on prices, dates and other components of the services provided on the occasion of travel or residence such as:

1 - destination, the means, characteristics and categories of transport used
2 - the type of accommodation, its location, its level of comfort and its main features, its approval and classification tourist corresponding to the regulations or customs of the host country
3 – the meals provided
4 - a description of the itinerary when it’s a tour
5 - administrative and health formalities to accomplish, including border crossings and their deadlines for completion
6 - visits, excursions and other services included in the package or possibly available at an extra cost
7 - the minimum or maximum size of the group for the journey or stay is subject to a minimum number of participants, the date of the deadline for informing the consumer in the event of cancellation of travel or stay cannot be set less than twenty-one days before departure
8 - the amount or percentage of the price to be paid as a deposit at the conclusion of the contract and the timing of payment
9 - the modalities of price revision as specified by the contract under Article 100 of this Decree
10 - conditions for cancellation of a contractual nature
11 - cancellation policy set out in Articles 101, 102 and 103 below
12 - Details of the risks covered and the amount of the securities purchased under the insurance contract covering the consequences of professional liability of travel agencies and civil liability associations and nonprofit organizations and local tourism agencies
13 - information regarding the subscription of an optional insurance contract covering certain risks, including costs of repatriation in case of accident or illness.

Art R.211-7 - information prior to the consumer commits the seller, unless in the latter, the seller has not expressly reserved the right to modify certain elements. The seller must, in this case, clearly indicate to what extent this change can occur and on what elements. In any event, changes in the prior information must be communicated in writing to the consumer before the conclusion of the contract.

Art R.211-8 - The contract between the seller and the buyer must be written, prepared in duplicate, one of which is delivered to the buyer, and signed by both parties. It must include the following clauses:
- The name and address of the seller, its guarantor and its insurer and the name and address of the organizer
- Destination or destinations for travel in case of multiples destinations, different periods and their dates
- The means, characteristics and categories of transport used, the dates, times and places of departure and return
- The type of accommodation, its location, its level of comfort and its main features, its tourist classification under regulations or customs of the host country
- The number of meals provided
- the itinerary when it’s a tour
- visits, excursions or other services included in the total price of travel or residence
- The total price of services billed as an indication of any revision of such billings under the provisions of Article 100 below
- An indication, if any, fees or fees for certain services such as landing fees, boarding or disembarking at ports and airports, where taxes are not included in the price or services provided
- The timing and modalities for payment of prices in any event, the last payment made by the buyer will be less than 30% of the cost of travel and must be carried out during the delivery of documents enabling to make the journey or stay
- Special conditions requested by the buyer and accepted by the seller
- The manner in which the buyer can take the seller a claim for failure or improper performance of contract claim, which must be addressed as soon as possible, by registered letter with acknowledgement to the seller, and reported, eventually, to the organizer of the trip and the service provider concerned
- The deadline for informing the buyer in case of cancellation of travel or stay by the seller in case the journey or stay is linked to a minimum number of participants, in accordance with the provisions 7 of Article 96 above
- The conditions of cancellation of a contractual nature
- Cancellation policy under Articles 101, 102 and 103 below
- Details of the risks covered and the amount of guarantees under the insurance contract covering the consequences of professional liability of the seller
- With information on the insurance contract covering the consequences of some cases cancelled out by the buyer (policy number and name of the insurer) and those on assistance contract covering certain risks, including repatriation costs in case of accident or illness, in this case, the seller must to a minimum give the buyer a document of the risks covered and excluded
- The deadline for informing the seller when the buyer terminate the contract
- A commitment to provide, in writing to the buyer, at least ten days before the scheduled date for his departure, the following information:

a) the name, address and telephone number of local representation of the seller or, failing that, names, addresses and phone numbers of local organizations that can assist consumers in case of difficulty or, failing that, the phone number to establish urgently a contact with the seller
b) for travel and subsistence of minors abroad, a telephone number and an address to establish direct contact with the child or the senior officer in place of his stay.

Art R.211-9 - The buyer can sell his contract to a transferee who meets the same conditions as him to make the journey or stay as long as that contract has produced no effect.
Except as otherwise provided more favorable to the transferor, it is obliged to inform the seller of its decision by letter with acknowledgement of receipt no later than seven days before the trip. In the case of a cruise, this period is extended to fifteen days. The sale is subject, in any case, prior authorization by the seller.

Art R.211-10 - When the contract contains an explicit possibility of a price change, within the limits laid down in Article 19 of the Act of July 13, 1992 above, he must mention the precise method for calculating both the rise that downward price changes, including the amount of transportation costs and taxes related thereto, or currencies that may affect the price of travel or residence, the part of the price subjected to change, the currency used as a reference when settling the prices contained in the contract.

Art R.211-11 - If, before the departure of the buyer, the seller is obliged to make a change to one of the essential elements of the contract such as a significant increase in the price, the buyer may, without prejudice to recourse to compensation for any damage suffered, and after having been informed by the seller by letter with acknowledgement of receipt:
- Either terminate his contract without penalty and obtain immediate reimbursement of payments
- Either accept the change or alternative travel proposed by the seller an addendum to the contract specifying the changes, then signed by the parties any price reduction offsets any outstanding amounts due from the buyer and, if payment already done by the latter exceeds the price of the amended provision, the overpayment should be returned before the date of his departure.

Art R.211-12 - In the case under Article 21 of the Act of July 13, 1992 above where, before the departure of the buyer, the seller cancels the trip or stay, he must notify the buyer by letter with acknowledgement of receipt the buyer, without prejudice to the action for damages suffered possibly obtain from the seller and the immediate refund without penalty of payments, the buyer receives, in this case, compensation at least equal the penalty he would have supported if the cancellation was taken by him on that date. The provisions of this Article shall make a trip or stay alternative proposed by the seller.

Art R.211-13 - When, after the departure of the buyer, the seller is unable to provide a preponderant share of services expected under the contract and representing a significant percentage of the price honored by the buyer, the seller must immediately take the following provisions without prejudice to recourse to compensation for any damage suffered:
- offering benefits in lieu of benefits provided, by supporting possibly any extra cost and benefits; if accepted by the buyer they are of inferior quality, the seller must repay him, upon his return, the price difference
- Or, if it can not offer any benefits or replacement, if they are rejected by the buyer for valid reasons, provide the buyer, without extra cost, its transportation to ensure its return in conditions that can be considered equivalent to the place of departure or to another place accepted by both parties.
