We stayed at this hotel for two nights. First, let me say that the hotel is suitable for most travelers. The rooms are adequately clean and the staff is helpful.

I was so pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Upon check-in, the manager greeted us in a friendly fashion and gave us a cup of ginger tea to help us with the altitude.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in two rooms, both a "standard" room, with king size bed () and a suite (0). Both rooms were charming, in a Tibet style, and had been recently renovated.

Stayed at this hotel in Shangri-La in mid-October, 2005. Very convenient to airport. Rooms were quite nice and decorated in a Tibetan decor (futon-style beds, ethnic designs on curtains, bedding... Wonderful experience!
