Day 2: Beijing - Tian An Men Square, the Forbidden City
With a population of over 10 million, Beijing "Capital of the north," remains imbued with the rich history of the Royal China. Beijing also has an incredible collection of art and historical objects and expresses a kind of ideal city, and for the Chinese, is the Promised Land.
- Tian An Men square is in the heart of Beijing, in front of the Forbidden city. The square is home to a blend of modern and ancient monuments
- The Forbidden city , is a real city within the city, and was seen as the center of the earth. This is why the place was also called the "Forbidden Purple City."

Day 3: Beijing
Visit the China Great Wall Wine Ltd. Company, established in 1983. To produce the best wine that you will also taste, the Company uses all the modern viticulture's equipment, directly imported from France, Germany and Italy.

Day 4: Beijing / Yantai – Mutianyu Great Wall and Factory of "cloisonnés" (enamel)
- Factory of "cloisonnés" (enamel) . Beijing is the cradle of the art of cloisonné. The first ones appeared under the Yuan dynasty (1271 - 1368).
- Mutianyu Great Wall is located more than 70km north-east of Beijing. It has 15 two-storey fortresses and an alarm tower. The architectural design of this section comes from the northern Qi dynasty.
Night in the train from Beijing to Yantai (1st Class - Soft Sleeper)
Day 5: Yantai
Yantai is a beautiful sea and tourist resort, a city and an agricultural, industrial and High Tech region among the most important of China. Yantai is also the place of birth of the modern wine-producing industry of China. You will visit the "Zhangyu Wine Company" where you will benefit from a technical interview with the experts of the company.

Day 6: Yantai / Qingdao – Visit of Qingdao Huadong Winery and Tsingtao’s brewery
- Qingdao Huadong Winery, was created in 1985 and owns five vineyards of 10 millions m² in Shandong, close to Qingdao. Annually, it can produce 60 000 tons ! Its specialty is white wine and especially Chardonnay.
- Tsingtao’s beer is sold in more than 50 countries. Tsingtao is also the first exported brand. The first factory was built by Germans and remains a historical Chinese symbol.

Day 7: Qingdao / Taiyuan / Pingyao – Jinci Temple and Clan's Qingdao house
Taiyuan. Under the Tang, this key-city had its economic, artistic and cultural highlight, and became a fortress which resisted to all the assaults. But in the 10th century, it was removed by the armies of Song, burned and totally destroyed.
- The Jinci temple was a former Buddhist temple where 44 famous terracotta statues from the Songs (960-1279) are to be found. These life size statues represent maids and lady's companions.
- Clan Qingdao's house. This house of 300 rooms, which was of use as set to the film of Zhang Yimou " Wives and Common law wives " became a museum. Realized as a fortified city, this house conceals real pieces of art : finely sculptured lathings and watercolors of the 18th century.
- Pingyao has a history of more than 4,000 years and is registered on the UNESCO world heritage list. It underwent only few changes since the dynasty Ming (1368-1644). The city presents a full of life image of the cultural, social, economic and religious life of the Han people approximately 1000 years ago.

Day 8: Pingyao – The ramparts, Lei Lutai's house, the market tower, desk of the county's government and Rishengchang museum
- The ramparts. The outside wall's side wears bullets' impacts from the Japanese invasion of 1930.
- Lei Lutai's house; he was famous in the past century, as he was a shopkeeper who became rich thanks to the counter he founded in Pingyao.
- The market tower is 10 m high. With its yellow enameled tiles' roof, one can read, in a green Chinese caracter: "xi" (joy). From the terrace, you will have a nice view on the bustling street.
- The government's county's desk displays a painting on the legal justice court and of the Qing dynasty's jail located in Chenghuangmiao street.
- Rishengchang museum used to be a "finance house", as Pingyao had a lot, and consists of 100 rooms, among them offices, apartments and a kitchen. The museum also displays ancient cheques.

Day 9: Pingyao / Taiyuan / Xian – The Terracotta Warriors Army
- The Terracotta army is regarded as the Eight wonder of the World and consists of a group of terracotta imperial guards and their horses which are arranged in a battle formation.

Day 10: Xian – The Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Calligraphy, the Medicine market, the Mosque and the Muslim district
- The big wild goose pagoda is one of the oldest structure in China. It is located inside the Temple of benevolence (Da ci so), whose foundation dates back to the mid-seventh century.
- Calligraphy: find out with a Chinese professor the different styles of calligraphy techniques bases, and learn how to handle a brush and ink.
- The medicine market sells typical preparations based on salamanders, dried snakes, scorpions, mushrooms and so on.
- The mosque and the Muslim district. Ten of the 55 communities that China counts are of Muslim faith. The mosque in Xian was founded under the Tang in 732, but the current oldest buildings date back to 1404.

Day 11: Xian / Shanghai – The Bund, Nanjing road and plantar reflexology session
Shanghai is now the real capital of China. This megalopolis, once a small fishing village, has become the Chinese center of business and finance, while being one of the most active ports in China.
- The Bund is the most famous place of the city and extends over 1.6 kilometers along the Huangpu River. It was once known as the "Wall Street of Asia" and is lined with buildings in the style of the 1930's.
- Nanjing road is known as the fifth avenue of Shanghai. It offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, gift shops and night clubs.
- Plantar reflexology session. The body is divided into ten longitudinal zones and into three transversal zones. Reflexes' zones are on the plant, the top and the edge of every foot, those of the organs situated on the right part of the body are on the right foot, those were situated on the left part on the left foot.

Day 12: Shanghai – The Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Garden and the old town and the Museum of Art and History
- The Jade Buddha Temple. Two of the most famous Buddhas are housed in this temple. One is in white jade, in a sitting position while the other is in green jade in a rare lying position.
- The new Museum of Art and History was founded in 1952. It is one of the biggest museums in China.
- The old town offers a local bazaar with traditional crafts; you may cross the pond to eat or to have a tea in the Hu Xing Ting tearoom.
- The Yu Garden 's name stands for pleasing and satisfying. It was built to provide tranquility and happiness to the parents of Pan Yunduan.
